Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/u><\/strong><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Orders must be placed by email no later than 48 hours before the delivery date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Each order must be confirmed by a deposit of 50% of the total amount, no later than 48 hours before the delivery date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Our invoices are payable upon receipt, unless a different payment term is stated on the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • The invoice shall be deemed accepted by the debtor unless a written objection is sent by registered letter within eight days of its issue date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • In the event of non-payment of an invoice by the due date:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • late payment interest of 5% per month shall be due automatically and without prior notice; and<\/li>\n
            • if the non-payment, whether total or partial, is due to negligence or bad faith on the part of the debtor, the invoice amount shall be increased by 15%, with a minimum of \u20ac250 and a maximum of \u20ac2,500, as fixed compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • All collection and reminder costs shall be borne by the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • These terms and conditions:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n
                  • are the only terms applicable between the client and the seller; any different or additional terms proposed by the client shall be rejected; and<\/li>\n
                  • are deemed to be known and accepted by the client, who acknowledges having read them simply by placing an order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      \n
                    • In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        • Toute commande devra \u00eatre confirm\u00e9e par un acompte de 50% de la somme totale au plus tard 48h avant le jour de la livraison.<\/li><\/ul>
                          • Nos factures devront \u00eatre pay\u00e9es d\u00e8s leur r\u00e9ception, sauf d\u00e9lai accord\u00e9 sur celles-ci.<\/li><\/ul>
                            • La facture est r\u00e9put\u00e9e accept\u00e9e par le d\u00e9biteur \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de protestation \u00e9crite par lettre recommand\u00e9e dans les huit jours de sa date d\u2019envoi.<\/li><\/ul>
                              • En cas de non-paiement d\u2019une facture \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance\u00a0:<\/li><\/ul>
