This is the second time I've organized an event with Ethnic Foods, and my guests loved it! Furthermore, the caterer is very responsive and, given the tight deadlines, comes up with customized proposals! My favorite lunch place for the last 2 years: always delicious soups and a good option of "making" your own salad choosing from plenty of fresh ingredients. Also, get a dessert with your fidelity card after 5 purchases. You can rely on them for catering as well. Great place!

FAQ

In which cities do you offer your services?

Ethnic Foods, our fusion catering service, delivers to cities all across Belgium. Travel costs are quoted individually. Orders must be placed at least one week before the event date.

I have allergies — do you offer suitable options?

If you have an allergy or follow a specific diet, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. We’ll be happy to create a menu with you that is adapted to your specific needs. Our varied menu also includes a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

I would like to modify or cancel my order — how should I proceed?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@ethnicfoods.be or by phone at +32 (0) 472 77 07 54. Please note that any request must be sent no later than 48 hours before the event date.

What payment methods do you offer?

Once your order has been confirmed, we ask you to pay a 50% deposit of the total amount by bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent to you via our invoicing partner, Cegid.

For at-home catering, do you bring all the necessary equipment?

When you order at-home catering, we provide the necessary equipment. We also offer equipment rental and service staff if needed, so you can enjoy your event without worrying about the logistics. Please check our FAQ for more information on this topic.

How does your delivery service work?

Once your order has been placed via the website, by email or by phone, we get to work. If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@ethnicfoods.be or by phone at +32 (0) 472 77 07 54. Please note that any request must be sent no later than 48 hours before the event date. We arrive at the agreed location, on the agreed date and at the agreed time, ready to delight your guests.

What are the delivery lead times?

We ask you to confirm your order no later than one week before the event date. In exceptional circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@ethnicfoods.be or by phone at +32 (0) 472 77 07 54. Our team will do everything possible to help you arrange catering for your event.
