Ethnic Foods Charter

At a time when more and more people are paying attention to what is on their plate, we believe it is essential to guarantee preparations of the highest quality. That is why we only use fresh, premium-quality products from suppliers carefully selected for the quality of their ingredients.

In addition, as part of our eco-responsible approach, we favour short supply chains. In other words, we choose distribution channels with as few intermediaries as possible between producer and consumer, and with the shortest possible geographical distance from our production site.

Some of our other products also come from fair trade, through organisations such as Fairtrade Belgium — formerly Max Havelaar — and Oxfam.

Whenever possible, we use email communication with our clients — for promotions, offers, invoicing and more — in order to reduce our paper consumption.

Finally, our electricity is supplied by a provider ranked by Greenpeace among the most sustainable electricity suppliers, guaranteeing us 100% green electricity from renewable energy sources.

The new EthnicFoods facilities
New – September 1

Great news:
EthnicFoods is moving!

From September 1, EthnicFoods is moving into brand-new
facilities equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, so we can
provide you with an even higher-quality service.

And this year, we have decided to go even further: 50% of our
production team is now made up of people with disabilities,
working alongside and supported by our permanent team.
A meaningful way to give even more purpose to what we do,
without ever compromising on the quality of our services.
