Ethnic Foods is a Brussels-based fusion caterer, bringing together flavours from around the world in fresh, creative preparations. Since 2005, we have been providing catering services for both companies and private clients. Our tailor-made offer adapts to your budget and your wishes for all types of private and corporate events: banquets, weddings, birthdays, communions, staff parties, openings and more.

Ethnic Foods, our fusion catering service, delivers to cities throughout Belgium. Travel costs and conditions are quoted individually. Orders must be placed no later than one week before the event date.
In keeping with our eco-responsible approach, we favour “short supply chains”. This means reducing the number of intermediaries between producer and consumer as much as possible. We also give preference to local producers in order to limit transport distances.
Ethnic Foods uses only fresh, premium-quality products from local suppliers carefully selected for the quality of their ingredients. Some products also come from fair trade, through organisations such as Fairtrade Belgium — formerly Max Havelaar — and Oxfam.

We accept orders for a minimum of 10 people, but please don’t hesitate to contact us — we can adapt to your needs in exceptional cases.
We ask you to confirm your order no later than one week before the event date. However, minor changes to the order can still be made up to 48 hours before delivery.

We offer a wide range of drinks, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages such as wine, cava, beer and cocktails. You can choose from three packages:
  1. water and soft drinks;
  2. water, soft drinks and white/red wine;
  3. water, soft drinks, white/red wine and cava.
These packages are unlimited if you choose service provided by one of our staff members. Otherwise, we also offer drinks by the bottle.
We also offer an equipment rental service, including glasses, plates, cutlery, platters and other kitchen utensils, as well as tables with tablecloths — cocktail tables, buffet tables and/or standard tables — chairs and other accessories. We can also provide service staff for your event. The price for one waiter is €150 excl. VAT. This is a fixed rate for a service of up to 5 hours, with an additional charge of €30 excl. VAT per extra hour.
Once your order has been confirmed, we ask you to pay a 50% deposit of the total amount by bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent to you via our invoicing partner, Cegid.
From Monday to Friday before 5:00 pm, a €25 surcharge applies to any order under €150 delivered to Saint-Josse-ten-Noode (1210) or Brussels (1000). The same delivery fee applies from Monday to Friday for other Brussels municipalities for orders under €250, and on weekends and public holidays for orders under €300. For deliveries outside Brussels, delivery fees are quoted individually.
